Timber Connection re-brand launch day arrives!

After much deliberation Timber Connection are delighted to present our exciting new brand to the trade.

Since our formation in 1991 we’ve been developing and sharing our contacts within the industry with the aim of providing an unbeatable level of service to the trade. From our reputable supply line to our experienced personnel, from our partners in logistics right through to the transport company that delivers your wood, when it comes to Imported Hardwoods and Premium Grade Softwoods we’re the most connected timber trader in the UK.

With the commercial landscape rapidly changing around us we recognised the need to keep one step ahead by adapting to new challenges and by preserving and continually improving on the service we provide. Consequently, we spent the last 12 months challenging ourselves and exploring how we can simply deliver a better customer experience. Along the way we realised it’s our core values that capture what Timber Connection represents, certain disciplines that are at the heart of what we do day in day out that makes us stand out.

To express our ethos and as a platform to deliver more invigorating developments going forward we decided to refresh our identity. This innovative brand will carry us into a new and exciting chapter – fresh, original and visually bold it encapsulates the timber that we love. The growth rings symbolise our core values while the virtual arrow leads to the heartwood, representing the customer at the centre of everything we do. Finally, there’s the creation of the letter ‘C’ which is part of Timber Connection and the connections we provide.
